Section titled “Responsible for the content under § 18(2) MStV”This is a non-commercial project without a VAT identification number. No fees are charged for TalX; voluntary contributions are made without any consideration in return.
Dispute resolution
Section titled “Dispute resolution”The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
Section titled “Liability for content”As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. We are not, however, obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement becomes known. Should we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.
Liability for links
Section titled “Liability for links”Our offering contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for that third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking; no unlawful content was discernible. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is unreasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. Should we become aware of legal infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
Note on user content
Section titled “Note on user content”TalX transmits messages end-to-end encrypted and without any permanent central storage. The provider has no technical means of viewing, storing or moderating content. Users themselves are solely responsible for the content they exchange.
Communication requires that two devices deliberately paired beforehand; there is no directory and no way to be contacted by strangers. Anyone who no longer wants a contact can block them in the app – no messages or calls are then accepted from that person, not even in shared groups – or delete them along with the history.
